The clubhouse stands inside the gated area but operates independently, as a commercial enterprise in its own right. It is open to owners and their guests, and offers a lounge, recreational spaces and dining.

Beaches

Royal Park lies about 800 metres inland, so the estate has no direct beach access. Three public beaches are a few minutes away by car.

Mont Choisy Golf Course nearby

Golf

There is no golf course on the estate. Mont Choisy Golf Course is close by and is the course residents generally use.

The central park

Walkways, lakes and rest areas at the heart of the estate, maintained by the HOA and open to all residents.
